DE BÖHN is an attractive 3-room apartment across 2 floors, covering approx. 105 square meters; it is ideal for families. It is located on the 1st floor of a listed half-timbered house in the heart of Travemünde's old town. From here, you're just a few short steps from the Trave, where you can stroll through the harbour, buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen or indulge yourself in one of the many restaurants or on a shopping spree.
The promenade and the vast beach are also only a few minutes' walk away.
It's a five minute walk to the apartment from the train station (Hafen - Harbour), which trains from Hamburg Central Station arrive at every hour.

the nicest thing to do during the "darker" seasons is to take long walks on the large sandy beach, past the cliffs or through the harbour.

Also, one of the sofas can be converted into a double bed in just a few simple steps to accommodate parties of 5 or 6 people.

Up a (relatively steep) staircase in the living room, you make your way to the spacious open bedroom on the top floor (known as "de Böhn" in the Low German dialect) with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the attached separate children's room with 2 single beds (90x200 cm) .
The apartment is also suitable for small children (there are banisters, and baby and children's chairs are available).
The apartment thus offers enough places to withdraw to so that everyone can find a quiet place to enjoy a book alone.
And if you keep your eyes peeled, you'll be able to see between the roofs the upper decks of the Baltic Sea ferries that pass by regularly.
