Eine sehr schöne Gegend, das Haus ist praktisch und schön. Allerdings einige Nachteile; wenig bis gar keine Privatsphäre. Viele Ameisen, auch im Haus. Die Küche ist sehr klein, veraltet und nicht praktisch. Außerdem funktionierte der Fernseher nicht und wir konnten ihn selbst reparieren (nachdem wir die Schlüsselbesitzer informiert hatten, erhielten wir keine Antwort). Der Pool wurde nach einem Sturm nicht gereinigt, sodass wir vier Tage lang in einem Pool voller Blätter und Zweige schwammen. Mehrere Terrassen können aufgrund von Schmutz oder Materialbruch nicht genutzt werden. Schade, denn das Haus hat wirklich Potenzial. Mit der Zeit wurde auch das Gefühl im Haus immer gemütlicher, das lag also sicher nicht daran. Wenn die Hausbesitzer etwas mehr Energie darauf verwenden, das Haus angenehm und sauber zu halten, kann es meiner Meinung nach durchaus ein schöner Urlaub werden.

Altea Hills ist ein wunderschönes Viertel, aber das Haus hat einige Probleme. Diese sind Belvilla mittlerweile bekannt. Der private Parkplatz kann nicht genutzt werden, sehr wenig Privatsphäre und Ungeziefer. Die Häuser stehen dicht beieinander. O.a. Hausbesitzer schreien vom frühen Morgen bis zum späten Abend im Pool direkt neben Ihrem Fenster.
