Cancellation policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance is due 15 days before arrival.
In case of an unforeseen event such as illness, the trip will be covered by your insurance if you have taken out one.
Please note that we will of course have to consider this on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel 4 months before the rental date, we may be able to refund the cost after checking, if necessary, as we have time to re-book.
However, if a cancellation is made at a later date, no refund will be made.

Das Haus war sehr schön und auch gepflegt und sauber. Wir sind als Familie verreist und sowohl der Urlaubsort als auch das Haus waren perfekt. Die Ferienanlage bietet alles was man braucht (Pool, Bäcker, Supermarkt) und die umliegenden Ortschaften sind recht zügig zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
