Cancellation policy
The following conditions apply when cancelling your holiday:
Up to the 60th day before the scheduled arrival, you can cancel your vacation without any expenses. 2 months to 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival we charge 30% of the booking value (deposit). From 27 days to 1 week before the scheduled arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking value. In the last week before the scheduled arrival, 90% of the booking value will be charged. In case of non-appearance of the guest/guests or in case of late arrival or early departure, the full fee is due for the entire booking period.

Holiday destination
Our Ansitz Pastreinbach - Chalet is located in St.Michael/Eppan, the largest wine-growing community in South Tyrol, in the middle of the picturesque, hilly vineyard landscape with its countless castles, palaces and noble residences at the foot of the steeply rising Mendelkamm. The chalet itself is partly located in the inner courtyard of a centuries-old estate and borders on its own vineyard and orchard.
Getting there
Coming from the A22 motorway, take the Bolzano Sud exit - take the motorway towards Merano - take the first exit for Eppan - follow the signs for Appiano/Eppan and turn off towards S.Michele/Appiano (St. Michael/Eppan) - shortly after the start of the military walls, turn left and drive past the cemetery - drive towards the centre of the village and turn left across Piazza Alberto Magno - at the Plazotta bakery with the large stone fountain, drive straight on into Via S. Anna.
Our Ansitz Pastreinbach Estate is located after about 100 metres on the right-hand side of the Via S. Anna and is easily recognisable by the red round-arched gate and the old porphyry walls of the main house directly on the narrow road.
