Cancellation policy
When booking a holiday home:
- For a cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental fee;
- For a cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) up to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the rental fee;
- For a cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) up to the arrival date: 90% of the rental fee;
- For a cancellation on the arrival date or later: the full rental fee. The cancellation costs will not exceed the travel sum.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the seaside resort De Koog in a quiet area.
The settlement is just a stone's throw away from the lively center of De Koog, about 1500 meters from the forest, dunes, and beach, approximately 1000 meters from the subtropical swimming paradise.
It's about a 10-minute drive to the 'de Texelse' golf course and children's play paradise.
Getting there
You can pick up the keys for your holiday home after 2:00 PM at the Vakantieburo Kobeko office on Nikadel in De Koog. Here you will pay the deposit (€50.00) and receive, among other things, the information for the Wi-Fi connection in your house.
