Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
Separate conditions apply in the event of travel restrictions due to the Coronavirus disease Covid-19. If there is a travel ban, valid for the booked date and issued by the country of origin or the destination before departure, the deposit will be refunded, and we will not charge the due 30% or 100%. This does not apply to private reasons for a trip cancellation, nor to separate variable conditions for returning to the country of origin, illnesses, accidents, personal reasons such as fears, etc. The following standards apply:
Effective immediately, 10% of the total amount is due.
From 3 months before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental sum is also due in the event of cancellation. 4 weeks before the start of the trip, the entire sum is due, regardless of the method of payment.
To avoid damage to both contracting parties, we strongly recommend taking out travel interruption and cancellation insurance. Please also consider breakdown insurance with repatriation for your car.

The location in the "Alto Garda" Natural Park:
From the lakeside road, you take a panoramic route from Maderno to Maclino and then on to Vigole. The road is also used by buses, so it is wide enough. It's a scenic road with unforgettable views around every bend.
The drive takes about 7 – 10 minutes.
This elevated position is priceless in terms of views and climate. The hillside location allows for light evening breezes to make the air pleasant, even in the height of summer. The house is surrounded by greenery, hence the view of the green mountains and hills and the lake. Often, after a storm has cleared the air, the view extends to the Apennine mountain range.

We offer various accommodations at Lake Garda and in Tuscany. We are happy to combine for you 1 week at Lake Garda and 1 week in Tuscany.
The apartments, houses, and villas are mostly private properties or in small intimate residences.
Therefore, all are different, individual, and of course, fully equipped.
We try to create a "feel-good atmosphere" in each property, which includes thorough cleaning as well as equipment details for all the conveniences of daily life. Lake Garda itself and its surroundings already help us in this regard.
We are also happy to give you advice on the individual design of your "time out".

Hallo wir waren vom 24.06-7.7.2024 Feriengäste im Ferienhaus Villetta Janina und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet und war mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet.
Allein der Blick beim Frühstück auf den See war für uns unbezahlbar und auch der Pool war super. Durch Jürgen fühlten wir uns bestens aufgehoben, er war immer für uns erreichbar und wir haben durch ihn noch viele Tipps erhalten.

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Top modern ausgestattet, unfassbare Aussicht, für italienische Verhältnisse humane Anfahrtswege, ruhige Lage. Jürgen hat uns super empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
