Vor der Abreise waren wir etwas besorgt über die Online-Bewertungen zum Aufenthalt.
Die Organisation versicherte uns jedoch, dass es kürzlich renoviert worden sei.
Sie hatten Recht, der Aufenthalt war in sehr gutem Zustand. Die endgültige Rechnung steht noch aus, daher habe ich keine Ahnung, wie streng es ist, ob die Anzahlung zurückerstattet wird oder nicht.
Die Zimmer waren großartig, mit eigener moderner Dusche. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit dazugehöriger Bar.
Jeder, der hereinkam, sagte sofort: „Das ist viel besser als die Bilder.“
Um einen negativen Punkt zu nennen: Der Nachbar von der anderen Straßenseite kam am Freitagabend um 21 Uhr zu uns und bat uns, Ruhe zu bewahren. Eine berechtigte Frage, die wir für den Rest des Abends/der Nacht berücksichtigten. Am Samstagnachmittag war er wieder da (+/- um 16 Uhr) und bat ihn, es etwas ruhiger zu machen. Schade, dass er nicht flexibler ist, nachdem er am Abend/der Nacht zuvor keine Probleme hatte.
Allerdings hat Belvilla/Ardennes Online damit nichts zu tun, also Daumen hoch für die Organisation!
