The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, 200 meters from the beach entrance and 300 meters from the lively center. Besides the beach and the sea, Callantsoog is also situated between the natural landscapes 'Zwanewater' and 'de Nollen'. The ferry to the cozy island of Texel is a 15-minute drive away.

Cancellations of room reservations are only valid if they are received in writing (email) by us. In the event of a cancellation, we will charge 50% of the accommodation price for the entire stay. For cancellations within 4 weeks, no-shows without a written cancellation, or in the case of trip interruption, 100% of the confirmed accommodation price will be charged.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man ist wirklich schnell im Ort und am Meer. Schön war auch das eingezäunte Grundstück für unseren Hund.
Die Vermieter sind super nett.

We have spent a wonderful week at the Vloed house : a couple with 2 kids (7y + 7mo) and a small dog. The beach is literally over a dune, plus this location is one street off the main traffic and therefore very quiet even during summer rush hours (if such can be said about Calantsoog). Grocery store and restaurants are within a short walk. We did not miss anything and can definitely recommend !

Vielen lieben Dank für die sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am spannendsten fanden unsere Mädels das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach. Sehr nett eingerichtet und Platz genug für alle Spielsachen. Man sieht an allen Details, das die Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert wurde. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man so benötigt.
Sehr nette Vermieter. Es wird stets schnell geantwortet auf alle Fragen und Wünsche.
Unsere Tochter vergaß bei der Abreise ihr geliebtes Kuscheltier. Frau Erents schickte dieses noch am selben Tag mit der Post nach Deutschland zurück.
Wir machen schon viele Jahre Urlaub in Nordholland, diese Unterkunft war eine der tollsten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch unschlagbar. Nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.
