Built into the mountain, Villa Mandelieu offers a particularly beautiful view. For the same reason, however, you absolutely need a car on site.
With the proximity to the A8 "La Provencale", the must becomes a great pleasure. The moste beautiful destinations of the Côte d'Azur - Antibes (24 Min.), Nice (33 Min.), Saint Paul de Vence (36 Min), Monaco-Monte Carlo (52 Min.), St. Tropez (60 Min.) or Marseille (1h 46) - are not far. The glamorous Cannes, of the film and advertising festivals, can be reached "Bord de Mer" in 15 minutes.

Only 10 minutes by car from Villa Mandelieu are two beautiful golf courses: The Old Cours Mandelieu Cannes - where Churchil already played and the Riviera Golf.
Villa Mandelieu is a 10-minute drive from the beaches, picturesque harbour, fortress and old town of Mandelieu.
A Géant Casino supermarket can be found 2 km away. Here you can get everything from sole to beach loungers, and the fish counter is a revelation.
The A8 "La Provencale", just a few minutes from the house, is the shortcut to the most beautiful destinations of the Côte d'Azur: Antibes (24 min), Nice (33 min), Saint Paul de Vence (36 min), Monaco-Monte Carlo (52 min), Saint Tropez (60 min) everything is just a stone's throw away.
However, if you want to go shopping, dining or sunbathing in glamorous Cannes, enjoy the "Bord de Mer" cruise.
For a pleasant stay at Villa Mandelieu, you will need a car.
So it is recommended to arrive by car. A slightly more expensive but also more comfortable option is to fly to Nice and rent a car at the airport. It is also possible to travel to Cannes by train and rent a car from one of the many rental agencies in the city.
My co-host Mme Cécile Caruana will welcome you. She lets you through the portal, shows you the way to the house, explains all about the house and hands you over the keys and remotes for the villa, the pool, the garage and the portal. When you book, I will give you her contact details.
Check-in is always from 16:00 to 20:00 o'clock. Check-out is bevor 11:00 o'clock. In the high season July / August arrivals are only possible on Saturdays! In all other months we are more flexible regarding arrival days.

Please understand that I cannot accommodate you as much as commercial operators.
Full refunds are available for cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date. Guests who have booked less than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking.
A 70% refund will be given to tenants up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
A 50% refund will be given to tenants up to 7 days before the check-in date. After that date, no refund will be given - with one exception.
In case of corona illness all above mentioned cancellation conditions apply, only from day 7 onwards 50% will still be refunded - against proof of a positive corona test (with full name).
If only one or two of 3 to 4 tenants cannot arrive due to Corona - here, too, proof must be provided with a personal positive test result - I will refund 5.00 euros per person and night.
