In the event of cancellation, the landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents, taking into account saved expenses and the possibility of re-letting the holiday home. Cancellation due to Corona In the event that you cannot start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the deadlines required for this. In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to take out this insurance for you.

The picturesque mountain village of Capoliveri with its quaint little alleys can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Here you will find a supermarket, ATMs, a pharmacy and, of course, numerous restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias where you can enjoy the Italian way of life.
