Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Schwimmbad war bei den Kindern sehr beliebt und auch übersichtlich, da wir von der Küche aus einen Blick darauf hatten.
Negativpunkte waren die Sauna, die sich nicht einschalten ließ, obwohl ein Techniker vorbeikam. Anweisungen fehlten und selbst nach mehrmaligem Schreiben einer E-Mail an die Rezeption war es nicht möglich, die richtigen Anweisungen per E-Mail zu senden. Darüber hinaus wird die Kaution, ein beträchtlicher Betrag, erst 2 Wochen nach der Abreise zurückerstattet. Und auf der Website von Belvilla heißt es, dass 1 Haustier erlaubt sei. Beim Online-Check-in stellte sich heraus, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Dies führte dazu, dass ein Teil der Familie nicht mitkam, da in letzter Minute kein Betreuer für den Hund gefunden werden konnte.
