Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made in writing, email is sufficient. De ole School may charge a cancellation fee if necessary. The current cancellation conditions are as follows: Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge Cancellation from the beginning of the 8th to the beginning of the 4th week before arrival: 35% of the apartment price Cancellation from the 4th week to the beginning of the 2nd week before arrival: 50% of the apartment price Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of the apartment price Cancellation from 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the apartment price. If the guest cancels the booked stay, De ole School is entitled to immediately allocate the unused apartment to another guest. The final cleaning does not have to be paid in case of cancellation or non-arrival. It is recommended to ensure adequate insurance coverage (e.g., through travel cancellation insurance).

Getting there
The nearest train stations are Plön, Oldenburg in Holstein, or Kiel. From there, you can take a bus to Lütjenburg (directly to Hohwacht from Plön). A private parking space is available directly in front of the booked apartment. Additional public parking spaces are available, for example, in front of the municipal administration building in Hohwacht, at Berliner Platz 1.

Sustainable architecture, healthy indoor climate due to sustainable timber construction, plenty of style and finest furnishings, as well as digital SmartHome control including a guest app - the motto of the hosts is "Feels like home - but better". The largest units (over 6 meters high loft apartments with fireplace, multiple bedrooms, and approximately 40m2 large rooftop terrace) comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests simultaneously. The stylish maisonette apartments, on the other hand, are accessed from the outside (pandemic-safe) on the 1st floor via a 40-meter aluminum-glass gangway and have an interior staircase to the attic with rooftop terrace. All sofa beds at De Ole School have box spring quality and can be folded back with one hand during the day.
