This loft apartment, with partially over 6-meter high ceilings, combines a spacious living area with maximum privacy over 149 square meters. The light-flooded vacation rental in Scandinavian style offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating 6 to a maximum of 10 guests. Futons for "climber-friendly" guests are located in the attic cores of two bedrooms.
The kitchen and the living/dining area provide access to the approximately 40 m2 large rooftop terrace. A wood-burning stove ensures a cozy atmosphere and comfortable warmth even in the winter months. The apartment is furnished with bright colors, wooden tones, and clean lines to create maximum coziness.
Additionally, there is free high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a complete kitchen equipment. The vacation apartment is also equipped for smart home capabilities, including the heating system. An intelligent locking system simplifies key handover and enhances security. Each apartment also has additional storage space in the basement (including bicycle storage, charging stations for e-bikes, and more).

Cancellation must be made in writing, email is sufficient. De ole School may charge a cancellation fee if necessary. The current cancellation conditions are as follows:
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation from the beginning of the 8th to the beginning of the 4th week before arrival: 35% of the apartment price
Cancellation from the 4th week to the beginning of the 2nd week before arrival: 50% of the apartment price
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of the apartment price
Cancellation from 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the apartment price.
If the guest cancels the booked stay, De ole School is entitled to immediately allocate the unused apartment to another guest.
The final cleaning does not have to be paid in case of cancellation or non-arrival. It is recommended to ensure adequate insurance coverage (e.g., through travel cancellation insurance).

The stylish maisonette apartments, on the other hand, are accessed from the outside (pandemic-safe) on the 1st floor via a 40-meter aluminum-glass gangway and have an interior staircase to the attic with rooftop terrace.
