Superior in every way, this modern apartment offer bright interiors and nice sea views. It is situated in Es Barcarés, Alcúdia North; a peaceful and quiet zone. It sleeps 4 people.
This great apartment with a modern style and amazing views to the sea is located in Barcarés, in the wonderful village of Alcudia. There are 2 terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. The front terrace has a small garden and a BBQ. The other one with sea views at the backyard of the house is just perfect to have a large breakfast.
The apartment is on the ground floor very well distributed and luminous. The sitting-dining room is a lovely place to relax or eat together. The open kitchen is well-equipped: gas stove, dishwasher, and much more. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The 78m2 apartment is just perfect for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. One bedroom has also an additional pull-out single bed. There is one spacious bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

The idyllic town Es Barcarés has nice pebbled bays and sandy beaches, for example Mal Pas or Platja Morer Vermell. The latter is only a 10 minutes' walk away. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In Es Barcarés you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant/bar. More shopping facilities are in the village Alcúdia, a 5 minutes' drive away. Alcúdia is famous for its historic town wall; the roman remains called Pollentia and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday.
The harbor, Puerto de Alcúdia, offers lots of leisure activities and nightlife. You can make a nice boat trip to Formentor, visit the nocturne market or try Majorcan cuisine in one of the restaurants. More things to do: visit the Sa Talaia Mountain, the chapel La Victoria, the bay Coll Baix, the old town of Pollença, the natural park S’Albufera or pass a day with your kids in the water park of Alcúdia.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
