Cancellation policy

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The idyllic town Es Barcarés has nice pebbled bays and sandy beaches, for example Mal Pas or Platja Morer Vermell. The latter is only a 10 minutes' walk away. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In Es Barcarés you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant/bar. More shopping facilities are in the village Alcúdia, a 5 minutes' drive away. Alcúdia is famous for its historic town wall; the roman remains called Pollentia and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. The harbor, Puerto de Alcúdia, offers lots of leisure activities and nightlife. You can make a nice boat trip to Formentor, visit the nocturne market or try Majorcan cuisine in one of the restaurants. More things to do: visit the Sa Talaia Mountain, the chapel La Victoria, the bay Coll Baix, the old town of Pollença, the natural park S’Albufera or pass a day with your kids in the water park of Alcúdia.
