This wonderful house near the sea offers a wonderful porch where you will enjoy a delicious BBQ after a fabulous day at the beach which only is 450 metres away or nice moments at the garden. The lawn and the 2 sunloungers available are perfect to bask in the sun with a good reading. The family little ones will also be delighted with this space. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
Inside, a spacious kitchen-living-dining room - with high ceilings, large windows with access to the garden, beautiful decoration and air conditioning - is ideal for preparing delicious recipes on the gas hob, while you can prepare the table or even watch TV (with satellite channels and Smart-TV). Then, the living area beckons you for a well-deserved rest. In the kitchen area there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, with wardrobe and ceiling fan and AC. Two of them have twin beds and one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower and toilet. A cot and high chair are available.
The holding of events is forbidden.
Pets are not allowed.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
