Ground floor:
The house, furnished in Provençal style, consists of a living area with fireplace, couch and TV. A few steps separate this area from the dining room, where you can take your meals, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. A bathroom (shower and WC) is also located on the ground floor.
First floor:
All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom (two single beds) has a small balcony. The third bedroom offers a double bed and access to a terrace with sea view. Two more bathrooms are on this floor (shower and WC).
Garden:
The fenced, flowery garden has many entertainment options for relaxing afternoons. A large pool for your exclusive use, shaded terraces with barbecue, a table tennis table and a small boules court are at your disposal. Parking is available in the grounds just beyond the entrance gate.

Vence combines the charm of a historic Provençal town with the mildness of an exceptional climate. Dufy, Matisse, Chagall, Dubuffet, Carzou, Arman, D.H Laurence... The town of Vence has the gift of attracting artists. Henri Matisse, for example, said of Vence, where he lived: "When I walked in front of my house this morning and saw all these young girls, women and men running on bicycles to the market, I thought I was in Tahiti." Behind so much charm is a long history: the ancient Roman town of Vintium, long the bishop's seat and lordship of the Villeneuves, Vence still retains much of its heritage today.
The villa has supermarkets within 6-8 minutes by car and a variety of restaurants within 4 minutes by car. Sporting activities such as tennis are available at Tennis Paddle Vence (4 minutes away by car) and there are many beautiful hiking trails in the area.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
