Cancellation of the trip is possible at any time.
In case of cancellation, the renter must pay the following cancellation fees to the lessor:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip: 25 % of the travel price
- from 60th day to 35th day before the start of the trip : 50 % of the travel price
- from 34th day to 15th day before the start of the trip: 75 % of the travel price
- from the 14th day before the start of the trip or in case of no-show: 100 % of the travel price.
A booking cancellation must be made in writing.
Decisive is the receipt of the written cancellation by the lessor.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the renter remains obligated to pay the full travel price to the lessor.
We recommend the contracting of a travel cancellation insurance.
Tourist tax is charged separately
During low season, it's possible to arrange individual Check-in/Check-out days by mutual agreement
