Cancellation policy
If the RENTER cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the notice of cancellation is received is considered the cancellation date (if it is a Sunday or public holiday, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Villa Ulika is a holiday home with a pool in the village of Anzici, near Visnjan, just 19 km from Porec and the sea. The house is situated on a 1000m2 large property with well-maintained lawn, olive trees, a 50sqm swimming pool, and a whirlpool. Next to the swimming pool, there is a pool house-tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, an open fireplace, and a bathroom at your disposal.
Getting there
Key collection at our reception: Istraline Travel Agency, Partizanska 4/1, 52440 Porec. The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here. Upon presentation of your voucher, you will be picked up by the owner of your holiday accommodation or guided to your apartment by a pilot.
If you are unable to arrive within the agency's opening hours due to traffic jams or other circumstances, please contact the agency by phone in good time.
