The upper floor apartment offers a charming view and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people and a fireplace. Villa Ulika is a holiday home with a pool in the village of Anzici, near Visnjan, just 19 km from Porec and the sea. The house is situated on a 1000m2 large property with well-maintained lawn, olive trees, a 50sqm swimming pool, and a whirlpool. Next to the swimming pool, there is a pool house-tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, an open fireplace, and a bathroom at your disposal.

If the RENTER cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the notice of cancellation is received is considered the cancellation date (if it is a Sunday or public holiday, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
Due to the quiet neighborhood, house is not suitable for youth groups and parties.
