Holiday destination
Ruppersdorf with its 1,200 inhabitants is located in the center of Upper Lusatia, 340m above sea level, near Herrnhut (4 km) and between the towns of Lobau and Zittau. It is a wooded, rural area with a lot of agriculture (livestock breeding). On the west side of the village there is a hill with a height of 583m, it's the source of the "Berlin Spree". In general you can find many mountains to hike.

Getting there
Motorway from Dresden, take the exit east Bautzen, in Bautzen drive towards Löbau, in Löbau drive towards Zittau, in Herrnhut drive towards Ruppersdorf, in Ruppersdorf turn right behind the church, from here it's almost exactly 2km, the house is located on the right of the street.

Wir waren als Familie für 3 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Buchung erfolgte kurzfristig. Und es hat sich gelohnt. Obwohl wir nur kurz da waren, konnten wir uns erholen und einiges unternehmen. In der Nähe befindet sich der sehenswerte Ort Herrnhut. Es gibt ein schönes Freibad nicht weit vom Wohnort entfernt. Da alles sehr ländlich ist, empfiehlt es sich mit PKW anzureisen, um flexibel vor Ort zu sein.

Vielen Lieben Dank für die tolle Woche,
sehr geplegtes Haus, alles da was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.
Eine wunderschöne Umgebung und super nette Vermieter und das wichtigste der Familienhund war auch willkommen !! :)
