The area has beautiful yellow flowers of Spanish broom, and the landscape is ideal for adventurous bicycling. The small island of Levan is nearby with one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Istria and will, especially interesting kayakers. Excellent location allows both an intimate and adventurous vacation.

Jadreški is a small place in southern Istria and it’s a part of Ližnjan municipality. It’s only 7 kilometres away from Pula and close to one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia – Medulin. The latter has a rich gastronomical offer and wonderful beaches. In its surroundings, only a couple of minutes’ drive away you can enjoy the evening walks by the sea or visit the antique landmarks in Pula. And for cycling enthusiasts there are numerous bike trails which are mostly right next to the shore, so you can enjoy a magnificent view during your ride.

Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
A 500.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
During the high season the villa is only rented on week days from Saturday to Saturday.
Pool heating on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge €200,00 per week.
