Cancellation policy
We hope you do not cancel, but if you do, our policy is as follows:
60 days or more prior to arrival: 80% refund of your total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you give less than 60 days' notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you an 80% refund of the total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee.
If you leave an apartment prior to the end of your stay, we cannot refund any of your rental paid. We recommend that you have cancellation insurance. If you do not have a company you work with, insurance can be provided by our partners at ADAR.

Metro Sevres Babylone is a few steps away while metro St Sulpice is also close. You are a 10-minute walk to bd Saint Germain. There are nine buses steps around the building taking you directly to all the sites. From the apartment you can walk to the Musee D'Orsay and the Louvre or hop on a bus for a few stops. You can also step out to 'The Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal' - a chapel on rue du Bac, revered by Catholics as the site of three apparitions of the Virgin Mary in 1830.
Getting there
There is a flat rate of €65 from Charles de Gaulle to the apartment or €36 from Orly airport – do not pay any more than this! A taxi from the main train stations will cost €10-€25. There is also an additional charge of 4€ for any passenger beyond the third.
