The villa is accessed via a spacious parking area, providing easy and secure parking for multiple vehicles. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a large terrace equipped with a jacuzzi and swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area with comfortable loungers, inviting you to relax and refresh in the open air. A convenient outdoor shower is available next to the pool for a quick rinse. The terrace also features a large dining table with chairs, shaded by a collapsible parasol, perfect for outdoor meals. The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. It is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a big TV with satellite channels, and air conditioning. From the living room, you can directly access the terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces and providing easy access to the jacuzzi, pool, and other outdoor features. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The staircase leads to the first floor, where three spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and TVs, ensuring comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway. This bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a washing machine. If needed, two additional folding beds can be prepared for two more guests.
