Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel his booking against payment of the corresponding amount. The details can be found in the general terms and conditions on our website: in §7 paragraph 3 mentioned amounts before the booking period cancel. 2. 2. in case of cancellations, the deposits will be retained. If cancellations are made shortly before the booking period, then compensation is due as follows: a. Cancellation more than 30 days before the booking period: 60 percent of the accommodation price b. Cancellation less than or equal to 30 days prior to the booking period: 100 per cent of the accommodation price. 3. Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail to the Baumwipfel-Resort. The day of receipt of the cancellation by the treetop resort is deemed to be the day of cancellation. The guest may provide evidence of lower costs at any time. 4. It is recommended in any case to take out a travel cancellation or travel interruption insurance before the start of the trip.

The tree-top resort "Lug ins Land" is located about 1 kilometre from the Ilse Valley in a northerly direction and borders directly on the Harz National Park. The tree-top resort is located on an approximately 5000 sqm forest and meadow property. There is a central car park with charging station for e-vehicles and lockable storage rooms for bicycles, for example. On the property there are hidden places to linger and a central barbecue area with a fire bowl and various seating options.
Getting there
Directions to the “Lug ins Land” tree-top resort Our tree-top resort is somewhat hidden directly at the Harz National Park. With a navigation device this is certainly no problem. If you do not use a navigation device, please follow the descriptions we have compiled for you below. Arriving by train After leaving the station building, turn left and follow Karl-Marx-Straße for about 100 metres. At the junction of Karl-Marx-Straße / Hochofenstraße turn right and follow Hochofenstraße for about 350 metres. After these 350 metres you will reach the intersection of Hochofenstraße and Faktoreistraße / Wernigeröder Straße. Please cross this intersection straight and now follow Marienhöfer Straße for another approximately 350 metres. Marienhöfer Straße is a one-way street in this direction, leading you past small shops, craft businesses, restaurants and cafes directly to the market square in the town centre of Ilsenburg / Harz and the trout pond. Marienhöfer Straße ends at the intersection with Buchbergstraße / Harzburger Straße. From the market square in Ilsenburg / Harz to our tree-top resort “Lug ins Land”, please follow the description “Directions by vehicle”. Arriving by vehicle Please drive from the market square in the town centre of Ilsenburg / Harz on Buchbergstraße for about 600 metres in a southerly direction. At the point where Buchbergstraße forks directly in front of the “Harz Zeit” hairdressing salon, please keep to the right and continue on Blaue-Stein-Straße (residents road) for about 200 metres further. At the point where Blaue-Stein-Straße turns into a forest road, turn right and follow the further course of the asphalt road always parallel to the Harz National Park. After about 300 metres, the Blaue-Stein-Straße ends and the tree-top resort “Lug ins Land”, located on the right-hand side, is reached. You will reach our central car park via an about 75 metres paved road.. Parking in our central car park is limited to five spaces. In view of this, we can offer you one parking space per tree-top house for one vehicle (car, moped, motorbike, quad bike, camper van not larger than a VW Bulli). Should you arrive with more than one vehicle, we kindly ask you to park these additional vehicles in the public area. Host informationWe are Kerstin E. and Thomas, nature lovers and your hosts at the tree-top resort "Lug ins Land". During a trekking tour in Sardinia we had the idea to build tree houses. Immediately after our return we started reading books about tree houses and made first sketches. In our hometown Ilsenburg / Harz, located directly at the Harz national park, we found the perfect place for the resort. Together we realized our dream of creating a nature-oriented and relaxing place of power for people who are looking for tranquility and want to discover the beauty of the local region. Since our five cubic wooden houses made of larch stand on their own "feet" and reach up to the height of the surrounding treetops, we have given them the name "tree-top houses".

Die Häuser sind ein Traum. Mit unseren zwei Kids hatten wir einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub. Morgens aus dem Bett die Eichhörnchen bestaunen war das Highlight auf gut 5 Meter Höhe. Ausstattung, Grillplatz und Gastgeber sind super!
