Description

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022. It is suitable for up to 3 people and has WiFi and air conditioning. You can park your vehicle for free in the private underground car park. There is a swimming pool and a large sunbathing area with lake view. There is also a small beach directly in front of the house where you can sit, swim and enjoy your time.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Garda in Colombare di Sirmione. There are numerous restaurants just a few steps from the apartment where you can enjoy Italian cuisine. The bike path and a small beach border directly on the house. Do you like to cook or want to buy some grocery? Traumhafter Urlaub am Gardasee in modern eingerichtete Unterkunft mit top Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet eingereicht mit großer Terrasse direkt am Gardasee.
Garten und der Pool sind gepflegt.
Die Lage ist Unschlagbar.
Ruhig gelegen da keine Hauptstraße in der Nähe ist.
Ca. 4 Km zu Fuß bis Sirmione Zentrum und viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unweit der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Buchung lief sehr unkompliziert.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und Antwortete sehr schnell auf alle Fragen.
Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub richtig genießen.
Gerne mal auf ein Wiedersehen.
