Hallo Thomas, wenn das Haus besser gereinigt worden wäre, wäre es gut. Hauptkritikpunkt ist, dass die Fenster überhaupt nicht sauber waren. Wir haben noch ein offenes Problem bezüglich der ersten Reservierung 19 QT VM UY / 81423002060000 über AirBNB. Ihr Unternehmen hat diese Buchung ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund storniert. Wir haben die AirBNB-Bestätigung und haben 855,40 € bezahlt. Sie haben uns lediglich 735,64 € gutgeschrieben. Die fehlenden 119,76 € möchten wir gerne zurückbekommen. Ihr Kundenservice konnte dieses Problem bisher nicht lösen. In Erwartung Ihrer Antwort Anett & Marc Kirchner
