Cancellation policy
When making a reservation, guests pay 30% of the price by bank transfer. The remaining 70% of the price is paid by guests 45 days before arrival by bank transfer. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, we refund a portion of the deposited money. Any changes require written form. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended for unforeseen cancellations. Before checkout, the homeowner personally inspects the house.

Die Villa Veselici ist ein wunderschön renoviertes istrisches Steinhaus mit einem ebenso schönen Garten, die in absoluter Alleinlage in einem Wald ca. 15 Autominuten von Labin entfernt liegt.
Wir haben noch nie in einem so ruhigen Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht - einfach herrlich!
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein Highlight war für uns neben dem großen Pool die phantastische Aussenküche. Dort kann man kochen, grillen oder auch nur geschützt sitzen und die Aussicht genießen, wenn mal wieder der Bora über Istrien weht.
Trotz recht durchwachsenem Wetter hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Nicht zuletzt wegen der super Betreuung durch Sandra, die für uns immer ansprechbar war und uns mit vielen guten Tipps weitergeholfen hat. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Wir reisten mit 5 Erwachsenen an und wurden von Sandra in ihrem wunderschönen geschmackvoll gestaltetem Haus empfangen. Sie zeigte uns das Haus, gab uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Sie war auch immer erreichbar, wenn wir etwas wissen wollten. Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100 Prozent der Realität! Es fehlte einfach nichts! Ein traumhaftes Anwesen umgeben von wunderschöner Natur! Der Pool ist super - Wasserqualität wurde von Sandra kontrolliert. Wir können mit gutem Gewissen diese Villa empfehlen.
Vielen Dank liebe Sandra für Deine herzliche unkomplizierte Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
