Beautifully located in a small Istrian village, 20km from Rovinj, is our holiday home Villa Ohana - the perfect vacation spot for one or two families.
Four bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, serve as a cozy retreat. Each has its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the two balconies, you can look out to the sea in front of Rovinj. The ideal holiday home for eight people or even nine using the sofa bed in the living room.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and an extra toilet in the entrance area. From here, you can also access the covered terrace with a summer kitchen and gas grill.
The entire holiday home is, of course, fully air-conditioned and the windows are fitted with insect screens. Two to three cars can easily be parked on the property.

Here, one can savor the tranquility, relaxation, and a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. For those moments when you crave a bit of lively human interaction, the town of Svetvincenat, just five minutes away, welcomes you with its ancient castle, taverns, and cafes. The well-known tourist town of Rovinj is a mere twenty-minute drive. The sea, which by the way can be seen from the balcony, and the magnificent beaches of Bale and Rovinj are within easy reach. The airport in Pula is just 30 kilometers away.
