The villa is partly distributed over three floors. On the first floor there are 2 living rooms (with fireplaces) and sofa beds, television, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an independent laundry room and ironing, with washing machine and cellar.
On the first and second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one equipped with bath with shower and one with shower only. In the central part of the villa , there is an apartment on 2 floors with independent entrance from the outside staircase, entrance - dining room, kitchenette - kitchen, living room (and fireplace) and, on the upper floor, double bedroom with bathroom with bath equipped with shower.

The beautiful swimming pool offers a cooling during the hot summer days and a charming view of the olive groves and vineyards and also of the battlefield of the Trasimeno between Hannibal and the Romans.
