This penthouse apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for two to four guests and features a spacious living room, a dining kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed from which you can see the sea while lying down, a fantastic bathroom, and a unique balcony with a view of the sea and the island of Krk.
In the outdoor area of the house, there are two shared terraces available. One terrace, equipped with a grill, table, and benches, is located behind the house and offers protection from the afternoon sun.
The second shared terrace is situated on the side of the house, offers a sea view, and is furnished with garden furniture.

Crikvenica is located in the Kvarner Bay in the north of Croatia and is easily accessible by car. From Munich, it is approximately 550 km and a 6.5-hour drive. Due to its proximity to Rijeka Airport on the island of Krk or to the Rijeka transport hub, arrival by plane, bus, or train is also easily possible.
