Leider waren wir von dem Haus sehr enttäuscht, da es :
1. sehr sehr dreckig war / Besteck - Dunstabzugshaube trifte vor Fett
2. Bett und Couch voller Hundehaar, (hier sehr enttäuscht, da ich vorher bei Ihnen extra angegeben habe, dass das Haus keine Hunde vorher haben sollte!
3. Staubsauger total voll Hundehaare usw. - mußten wir erst selbst reinigen, um saugen zu können!
4. Anlage war nicht wirklich für Kinder eingestellt!
5. Im Restaurant war bzw. ist es aufgrund der Spielecke mit Klettergerüst und Bowlingbahn sehr sehr laut!
6. Personal hinter der Reception sprach keine Deutsch, so war es für mich mit einigen Brocken Englisch sehr schwer mich verständlich zu machen.
