Das Haus ist angemessen. Die Umgebung ist aufgrund der laut N57 Bücher vermitteln den Eindruck, als säße man am Brielsesee. Aber das ist nicht der Fall. Um dorthin zu gelangen, muss man einen Umweg machen.
