Host's notes
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or by e-mail. a) Cancellation before arrival: if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit is retained by the owner. According to government health measures, we propose a postponement of dates up to 18 months after the cancellation. b) If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the contract, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his gite. The deposit will also remain acquired to the owner who will ask for the balance of the rent. c) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rent remains acquired to the owner. There will be no refund of the deposit.

Holiday destination
Dieppe, a town of art and history with a castle museum high above the town, now a seaside resort (having started the fashion for seawater baths) with a marina, casino, thalassotherapy centre, racecourse and golf course. Not forgetting the first most beautiful market in France every Saturday morning and the fish market every day (except Mondays and during storms). Ideally located to explore the coast from Etretat to the Baie de Somme. Drive along the Alabaster Coast and enjoy our beautiful villages like Varengeville, visited by famous artists: Braque, Ubac, Calder, Miro, Monet, Manet, Jacques-Emile Blanche, Roussel came here to find a light, a sound and an atmosphere not found anywhere else, to Veules les Roses, the smallest river in France and the cave of Victor Hugo.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausblick auf Pourville und das Meer. Sehr persönliche, wunderschöne Einrichtung, es fehlte an nichts. Himmlische Ruhe. Gute Ausgangslage, diesen Teil der Normandie zu erkunden. Sehr nette Abwicklung durch Majorie. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
