Description

The new apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with rain shower, washbasin, and toilet. A staircase takes you to the upper floor, which immediately gives you a feeling of well-being thanks to the 40 m² of open living-dining area and the exposed roof truss. The fully equipped kitchen with integrated bar invites you to linger. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment also features a small balcony. Wi-Fi is available in all areas free of charge.

Holiday destination

The Stimmersee can be reached on foot in five minutes. Many of the hiking trails also lead to other lakes or to the mountains. The cycle path goes right past the property.
The Brixental-Wilder Kaiser ski resport can be reached by car in only 15 minutes. A heated ski depot is available free of charge.
Kufstein also offers numerous possibilities.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Andrea in Empfang genommen u. fühlten uns bei der Einweisung in das Appartement sofort heimisch. Die Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet u. auch der großzügige Wohnbereich mit offener Küche sind gemütlich u. laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küchenausstattung war hervorragend, sogar Gewürze, Tee, Essig und Öl waren vorhanden. In den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Im ganzen Appartement riecht es wie frische Wäsche - dank der tollen kleinen Duftseifen überall. Fragen und Wünsche blieben nicht offen.
Man kann wandern oder sich etwas anschauen, oder einfach relaxen. Alles befindet sich entweder schon in oder um Kufstein bzw. ist wenige Autominuten entfernt. Perfekt also für einen Aktiv- ,Kultur-/ Geschichts- und Wellnessurlaub.

Sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin.
Die Wohnung wurde mit Liebe geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Whirlpool hat nach der Wanderung für Entspannung gesorgt.
Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke.
