You've come to the right place at Villa Tante Alice - if you value some comfort on holiday, a little space around you - because that's how the house is built. And... you would like to go to the sea - and of course not miss out on the beautiful view of it - the view of the sea is lovely and beautiful. And now also peace and quiet and not far from the fine sandy beach - all this applies to the villa. If you would like to take your four-legged friend with you on holiday - you're welcome! Unfortunately, many homeowners with beautiful, comfortable houses do not accept pets - this is different at Villa Tante Alice - dogs are always very happy and welcome here, the upper garden is also closed off by a fence. The house is ideal for a family holiday, even if you have trouble walking - from the parking lot to the house entrance everything is at ground level and you now have the choice of stairs or elevator - this is also really comfortable. The region in which the really beautiful holiday home is located is famous for its long, fine sandy beaches a stone's throw away from you - in front of you are miles of dune landscapes and the associated fine sandy beach - and you will be surprised how little tourism there is in our beautiful region - even in midsummer nothing overcrowded here - I always say our corner is and remains an insider tip and here the world is still in order - gentle temperatures in summer, clean, clear, often turquoise shimmering sea, fresh air - wonderfully clear sky ..... a region to fall in love with if you really like to "come down".
We are a small agency in North Finistère and we are very close to our customers. You are always welcome to reach out to us if you have any questions or if there are any problems. Our field of work is selected in such a way that we can always be with you quickly in an emergency. Many of our guests are happy to have a contact person who speaks their native language and can also help if French has to be spoken, which is exactly what we are here for. Our catchment area is between Portsall and Plouescat - we are happy to help holidaymakers who like it here as much as we do and would like to have a holiday home here. We are not real estate agents - but we know many of these real estate dealers - but we know the market and are happy to advise you, help with renovations if necessary and then of course just manage a beautiful holiday home (because there is always one of us on site) or we are happy to do so rent to vacationers. Feel free to ask us, take a look at our website www.villas-vacances.de, we are happy to help.
The region is easily accessible by car, train, TGV and air.
Your holiday destination is located in the north of Finistère, about 30 km northeast of Brest.
The house can always be occupied on the day of arrival from 4 pm - departure should be before 10 am.
You will receive detailed directions and a contact telephone number where you can call on the day of arrival - of course we will speak German with you on the phone.
Often the journey takes you via Paris - and it is usually a good idea to bypass Paris! My tip is to take the Francilienne from Marne la Vallée roughly in the direction of Bordeaux. The Fancillienne is a little longer in terms of distance, but you usually save a lot of time as you are spared traffic jams around and in Paris.
The route continues to Le Mans and via Laval to Rennes. From Laval you drive about 300 km free of charge on the RN 12 / E 50. After St. Brieuc you will reach Morlaix.
An alternative is the northern route which many guests, e.g. from North Rhine-Westphalia, choose - also a good alternative for guests from the south of Germany to drive around Paris - take the A4 as usual to Reims in the Champagne region and then turn north (A26) and keep in the direction of Amiens - you will then get via Normandy / Le Havre past Mont St. Michel / St Malo directly to St Briec without passing Rennes.
It is important that you download the address system "what3words" - otherwise you may not be able to find your holiday home after handing over the keys in our office!
From Morlaix you have about one hour to drive until you arrive. I will personally meet you or one of my colleagues at the villa to hand over the keys. Please call me briefly when you reach Morlaix, so that the handover is punctual and uncomplicated.
