*DISDICTION* Under no circumstances will the deposit be returned.
In the event that the applicant is forced to cancel the reservation must give notice at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the stay. Otherwise, should ABC Agency fail to rent the apartment to others, the applicant is also required to pay the remaining amount as the balance of the rent agreed upon.
If the client decides to return the apartment earlier the apartment than the end date agreed upon in the rental agreement lease, ABC Agency will not return the rent and fees already paid.

Every 5 years the Procession at sea of the Madonnina
One of the most famous annual appointments are the fireworks of ferragosto that takes place every year on August 13. The fires are repeated once a month.
April at PSM 2023 will see the international Duathlon races and in
May the international Triathlon races.
In June we will have the passage of the Giro d'italia
June will see the "Scogliera Viva" competition, which attracts to Caorle a group of internationally renowned sculptors intent on sculpting the boulders of the seawall.
In September, street theater where comic trapeze musicians perform among the city's calli and campielli.

Holiday destination
Ancient fishing village, loved by its inhabitants and appreciated by tourists for its beaches and clean sea. Located between the mouths of two rivers, Caorle features a picturesque historic center, perfect for a stroll or a seafood dinner. Small and colorful, its architecture is reminiscent of nearby Venice. It is full of typical locales, but also has a "living reef," called "the most beautiful promenade in the Upper Adriatic," which ends in front of the characteristic church of the Madonna dell'Angelo.
Porto Santa Margherita begins to the west of Caorle. It is a young town built around the 1960s with concepts modern architecture. The town is full of beautiful detached or semi-detached villas surrounded by greenery, flanked by roads of limited traffic and with all the services primary services in the immediate vicinity. The central point remains the dock, one of the largest and best equipped in the entire Upper Adriatic.
