The shared chlorine pool, measuring 12.5 x 6 m and with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 m, offers beautiful views of the Mallorcan countryside and is the highlight of the place. There is also a children's pool where the little ones can splash around. Around the pool, you'll find sun loungers for soaking up the sun, a barbecue, and several furnished areas to enjoy time with your companions. Your apartment features a private terrace, ideal for starting the day with breakfast in the sun or unwinding with a drink at sunset.
The interior of the property, showcasing typical Mallorcan style with high vaulted ceilings, is designed for your relaxation. In the common areas, youâll discover a spacious lounge with tables and armchairs, perfect for gathering and escaping the heat. The bedroom contains two single beds, along with air conditioning and heating. Two additional children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
