The apartment Bosco, lies on two floors in the Residence Conca Verde, a completly new high quality construction with pool.
The apartment is modern furnished and consists of: living room with kitchen area, sofa bed, portico and garden on the under floor, bedroom with balcony and bathroom with shower on the ground floor, private parking space (2,50 X 4,50 m) in the underground garage with direct access to the apartment.
The common garden offers a 10 x 4 m pool heated only with solarpanels (seasonal opening ca. 1.5.-30.9.2024 depending on weather and temperatures). The portico with the garden, furnished with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers invites to relax outdoors.
The residence consists of 7 apartments and for safety reasons children are only accepted from the age of 8 and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen, bath towels and 1 pool towel per person are available.

The beautiful beach in Cannero Riviera invites you to swim and there you can rent pedal boats, rowing boats and canoes.
Nearby are also numerous paths for hiking and mountain bike routes.
The Residence Conca Verde is situated in a sunny and quiet position in Trarego Viggiona, a few minutes before the village of Viggiona, where there are 2 restaurants, about 2 km from the village of Trarego, where a small grocery corner shop is located and about 4 km from Cannero Riviera with its beautiful beach, grocery shop and lakeside promenade with restaurants and cafes.
Main road from Switzerland (border Brissago - Cannobio Piaggio Valmara) to Cannero Riviera, in Cannero Riviera turn right towards Trarego Viggiona and after about 4 km on the 9th hairpin bend turn left. The first property is Residence Conca Verde, your apartment Bosco is at the under floor on the left. After handing over the keys, you can park in the underground car park on the second parking space on the left.
