Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Up to 90 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of a cancellation by the guest in the period between the 89th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung Perwanger sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und bietet auch für 5 Personen genug Platz. Sehr schöne Ausstattung.
Bettwäsche u. Handtücher, sowie Kühl-,Gefrierschrank u. Kaffeemaschine und zwei TV Geräte sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, mitten im Ortskern mit ausreichend Lokalitäten. Man kann von hier aus bestens Wandertouren oder Fahrradausflüge unternehmen. Die Gegend, zwischen den Weinbergen ist wunderschön und bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einer super Eisdiele im Zentrum von St Michael. Alle Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Für eine Familie ist die Wohnung optimal.
