Cancellation and suspension of stay
(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: cancellation is possible
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 13 days before rental) 100% of the rental price.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellations or cancellations can only be made in writing. The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Villa Maya.
Der zugehörige Pool wurde täglich gepflegt und hat besonders unseren Kindern eine Menge Spaß bereitet. Es ist alles genau so wie auf den Bilder. Eine tolle Aussicht, direkt am Fuße des Biokovo. Auflugsmöglichkeiten wie Sightseeing in Makarska oder Wassersport, sowie Zip Line in direkter Umgebung vorhanden. Naturpark Biokovo ist für Wanderer und Naturliebhaber ein absolutes Highlight.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
