Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 11 weeks before the start of the trip, cancellation costs of 15% of the total price will be incurred, if you cancel within the 10th to 8th week 30%, within the 7th to 4th week 50%, and if you cancel thereafter 95%. In individual cases, the cancellation costs can also be calculated specifically by us; it is up to the traveler to prove in individual cases that no damage, or less damage, has been incurred by us due to the cancellation. We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
