Nestled directly along the picturesque hiking trail to the Eifersbacher Waterfall, it serves as the perfect starting point for adventures in the Kaisergebirge, Kitzbüheler Horn, and Steinplatte, as well as in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser, Kitzbühel, Fieberbrunn, and Saalbach Hinterglemm.The Eichenhof lifts can be accessed with skis in just 450 m during good snow conditions—your gateway to the best slopes! The St. Johann mountain lifts are also just a stone’s throw away. Cyclists will love the bike path that runs right by the house, and the cross-country ski trail is only a few steps away. Nearby, inviting restaurants like Grander Schupf, Fliegerstüberl, and Rock Bar offer culinary delights. The charming town center, featuring shops and a swimming pool, is only 2.5 km away and easily reachable by bus; the bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the house.
