Just a short walk to the sea beach, this 3-bedroom apartment in Mont-roig Bahía can accommodate 6 people. Ideal for a family or small group, this property features a shared garden and a balcony for enjoying relaxed days.

This apartment offers close proximity to the sea at 200 m, giving it a heads up on behalf of beach travelers. The shops, restaurants, etc are also located within 200 m, making it a perfect place to stay for foodies. The nearest town center is a short drive away and can be visited for enjoying the nightlife.

In the open kitchen, which is well-equipped for your culinary experiments, you can prepare meals of choice. There is a balcony to sit back and enjoy the sea views. There is a furnished garden to enjoy meals outside or take a lazy nap. Barbecue and parking are other available amenities. Der erste Eindruck des Gebäudes war verlassen. Auf der Einfahrt liegen allerlei Blätter. Es scheint, als wäre seit einiger Zeit nichts am Garten gemacht worden. Man kann auch nicht, wie bisher angenommen, im Garten sitzen. die Fotos.

In der Wohnung ist die Zeit im Jahr 1971 stehengeblieben. Alles ist alt und altmodisch. Die Immobilie steht zum Verkauf, mein Eindruck ist, dass die Eigentümer sie nicht mehr instand halten können oder wollen.

Der vorhandene Gasherd ist so alt, dass ich mich nicht traue, ihn zu benutzen. Auch die ganze Küche ist alt. Aus den Schränken kommt ein abgestandener oder fettiger Geruch. In dem von uns genutzten Badezimmer ist der Duschschlauch kaputt. Es kommt immer noch Wasser heraus, aber es sieht ausgefranst aus. In der Nähe des Abflusses ist Rost und man kann ihn riechen.
