On the first floor there is a kitchen, large dining room and living room. On two floors there are four bedrooms, as well as 4 bathrooms and a toilet. The villa has a large balcony with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sunset. On the terrace next to the pool there is a barbecue with table and chairs.

Holiday destination

Quiet environment, lots of greenery and proximity to the town of Krk. A small place called Vrh, where the villa is located, is ideal for a family vacation. Near the villa there is a restaurant to which you can walk. The nearest beaches can also be reached very quickly. The town of Krk is only 5 minutes away by car. Near the villa there is a bakery and a store.

Immobilie ist noch schöner in natura! Sehr geschmackvoll & liebevoll eingerichtet, haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Auch die diversen Änderungen, die wir nach der Buchung vorgenommen haben, waren für Agentur und Besitzer kein Problem. Haus, Garten und Salzwasserpool sind top gepflegt.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren die Besitzer erreichbar und haben uns in allen Belangen unterstützt.

Wir sind mit Hunden verreist und waren sehr dankbar, dass diese herzlich willkommen waren. Dementsprechend haben wir uns bemüht, das Haus während unseres Aufenthaltes sauber & schadenfrei zu halten. Das Haus liegt nicht direkt am Meer, aber es sind viele Strände/Hundestrände binnen 15 min erreichbar. Der Pool hat uns entspannte Organisation gewährleistet, da man mit Kids schwer frühmorgens wegkommt :)
