The wooden construction creates a pleasant indoor climate using natural materials sourced directly from the region. Wrapped within, we have incorporated the modern technology that is today's standard.
We're already unfolding the deck chair for you and heating up the sauna (starting in December).
At our reception, you'll be greeted with Tyrolean hospitality, and we'll show you all the comforts of the chalets – from the ski room to the washing machine, and from the lounge to your very own apartment.
In our "Hohe Salve" house, you'll find the reception and a cozy lounge to relax in. On the first floor, there are 2 holiday apartments, while the other 3 houses each have 4 apartments. Each with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, shower/WC, and terrace/balcony.

At around 850m above sea level, you're vacationing right on the mountain!
The 4 houses form a secluded unit together with the neighboring farm and a small chapel. In winter, a sauna provides warmth and in summer, a pond invites you to cool off.

Enjoy the view over the small town of Itter at the entrance of the Brixental Valley and over the Kitzbühel Alps all day long, but it's a real treat when the sun sets behind the opposite mountain peaks.
The Hohe Salve region is part of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental and is popular with (winter) hikers, skiers, and other nature enthusiasts both in summer and winter.
Travel by train to Hopfgarten im Brixental - afterwards, we will organize the onward transport for you.
Travel by train to Wörgl and continue by bus to Itter.
By car on the motorway to Wörgl Ost, then continue towards St. Johann or Kitzbühel, and after about 10 km, turn off to Itter. From the town center, continue towards Salvenberg.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, Salzburg, and Munich. We are also happy to organize the transfer to the Alpinchalets Oberlaiming.
