The equipment of the holiday flat is very high quality, with four terraces in all directions, fireplace, modern fitted kitchen with kitchen block, bathroom with rain shower as well as an open architecture of the kitchen, dining and living area with a total of approx. 100 square metres.

The town of Lovran, directly below Liganj, offers all kinds of culinary delights with its many restaurants.
In Liganj it is also possible to simply relax and escape from everyday life or go on a hiking tour in the Ucka Nature Park.
Opatija - the Monaco of Croatia - with its magnificent K&K buildings is ideal for shopping and is the starting point for many boat trips to the offshore islands.

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the holiday price. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, after that we charge 30% of the travel price for the duration of the booked stay.

We originally had our flat furnished to a high standard for us and now offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy a holiday flat equipped to German standards in the middle of the Kvarner Bay with a wonderful view for relaxation and many leisure activities.
