Our holiday home "Bois Le Vent" is located on the heights of Vasterival, in the commune of Sainte-Marguerite Sur Mer, adjoining Varengeville sur mer. As the last house on a private forestry road, the location guarantees perfect peace and quiet.
This wooden accommodation offers a view of the sea from the living room. A double-sided fireplace separates the living room from the dining room. The master bedroom and bathroom have been recently renovated for greater comfort.
Upstairs in the attic, accessible by a steep staircase, there is a bedroom with two beds and a reading area.
A large, wooded and somewhat wild garden of 3500 m2, adjoining the famous "Le Vasterival" garden, surrounds the house.
Two terraces will welcome your meals.
The premises in the second building (garage and annexe above the garage) are not accessible to the tenant. The owner undertakes to leave them unused for the duration of the tenancy.
Upon request, the two beds in the attic can be set in a single kingsize.

By continuing on foot, you will reach the wild beach of Vasterival and its cliffs in 10 minutes.
In the area, walkers will enjoy several paths, including the famous GR20, and for bicycles, the 100 km biking "Voie verte".
House is located 13 km from Dieppe where you can find almost everything , 50 from Rouen and 90 km from Etretat.
On Google maps or Mappy, search for « Jardin Le Vasterival ». Once you are there, just continue straight ahead on the road until you reach the last wooden house on the right in the cul-de-sac.

Rents from Saturday to Saturday
50 % Payment upon reservation, 100 % 1 month before arriving.
Cancellation 3 months or more before arrival : 20 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before arriving : 50 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation in the month before arriving : 100 % penalty of the rent.
In case of cancellation and re-renting by owner, penalty is reduced to 20 % of the rent.
Deposit : 400 € + 50 € / dog by transfert before arrival or in cash at arrival
Wood for fireplace 40 € if used
