Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Decisive for this is the receipt of the written notice of withdrawal by the Lessor. If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the landlord may demand reasonable compensation for his expenses - also in the event of personal prevention through no fault of his own (e.g. illness, accident) - and is entitled to the rental price for those days on which no corresponding replacement rental of the rented property can be made. The following scale applies:
- up to 91 days before the start of the rental period: 90 € lump sum
- 90 - 61 days before the start of the rental period: 25 % of the rental price
- 60 - 31 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
- 30 - 1 days before the start of the rental period
as well as no-show: 90 % of the rental price
The hirer is hereby expressly permitted to prove that no damage has been incurred at all or that the damage is considerably less than the flat rate.
The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant who will take over the flat in full. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 may be charged for this. Cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned scale will then not be charged.
In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure, the tenant shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of the rental price.
The landlord recommends that the tenant takes out travel insurance, e.g. with Ergo (formerly ERV) at www.reiseversicherung.de or another insurer, e.g. Hanse Merkur, www.hmrv.de to cover the cost risks of cancellation.

Holiday destination
Efrizweiler is a district of Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance that belongs to the village of Kluftern.
Kluftern has a wide range of local amenities. There is a highly recommended grocery shop, bakery, butcher, general practitioner, dentist, pharmacy, restaurant and café.
Lake Constance is approx. 3,300 m away on foot and can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle via Blütenweg and Eichenmühleweg.
Getting there
By train & bus
Take the train to Friedrichshafen-Stadt station, from there you can take the regional train to Kluftern at short intervals and walk to the holiday flat in 5 minutes (or alternatively take the city bus to just outside the flat).
By car
In the Efrizweiler residential park, a parking space is available for our guests in the underground car park directly next to the holiday flat, from where the flat can be reached comfortably via just one flight of stairs or by lift.
By aeroplane
Friedrichshafen Airport is approx. 10 km away.

I would like to welcome you to my holiday flat in Friedrichshafen-Efrizweiler. It is comfortably and tastefully equipped to enjoy the most beautiful weeks of the year. The south-facing holiday flat with its large terrace and lounge, its own garden and a view of the meadows towards the brook and orchards, provides you with the setting for relaxing holidays.
Use this starting point for excursions to the nearby Lake Constance, the tourist highlights and quiet places, which can be optimally reached by bike, on foot or by the nearby public transport, if you want to leave the car in the car park.
Enjoy the varied cultural, culinary, sporting and other leisure activities on offer in the Lake Constance region.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet inklusive einer Sonnenterrasse. Gute Anbindung für Ausflüge an den Bodensee und Richtung Österreich. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
