Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the trip is free of charge (excl. any fees).
If you cancel up to 2 months before the start of the trip, the deposit of 25% will be retained.
In the event of cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the trip, 75% of the invoice amount is due.
In the case of short-term cancellations or if the trip is broken off, the entire invoice amount must be paid.
