This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, but also for meetings, and training groups of up to 16 people on the basis of self service.From your villa right into the Zeepe DunesFrom the villa, you will walk into the beautiful, expansive Zeepe dunes, a nature area where you can go for long walks. There are several bunkers from the 2nd World War in a freely accessible part. This area is highly suited for group games in nature. Within walking distance is an indoor playground for children up to 12 years.The beautiful, wide and quiet sandy beaches are within cycling distance (2 mi). In addition, there are extensive opportunities for cycling, hiking, mountain biking and water sports in the immediate vicinity. There are also plenty of fun outings in the area, such as Delta Park Neeltje Jans with the Oosterscheldekering, and the historic cities of Zierikzee, Middelburg, and Veere. A holiday villa with 8 spacious bedroomsThe villa has 8 spacious bedrooms (8 x 2, 5 with washbasin, all with single beds). The sanitary facilities consist of 2 toilets, 3 bathrooms, 2 with shower and sink, and a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and double sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer. There is a washing machine in the utility room. The spacious, bright living/dining room has an extensive seating area and a wood burner. Various games such as a shuffleboard and foosball are present here. Normally there are 2 cots and 2 highchairs in the villa, but you can request supplementary children's furniture. Outside, there is a large terrace with garden furniture and a picnic table, and a large playing field with table tennis, swings, field hockey goals and sticks. Free WiFi.
