Alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser und Heizung sind im Preis enthalten ebenso wie Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Für die Endreinigung ist bei Buchung der Betrag über €55,00 bereits im Preis enthalten.
Ab einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen kann eine Zwischenreinigung und Wechsel der Bettwäsche für 55,00€ vor Ort dazugebucht werden. Ein Handtuchwechsel ist im Buchungspreis bereits enthalten.
Gerne gewähren wir auf Anfrage Kinderermäßigung.
Bei Buchung wird gebeten, eine Anzahlung über 25% bis 3 Tage nach Buchungsdatum zu leisten.
Der Restbetrag sollte einen Tag vor der Heimreise beim Vermieter beglichen werden.
