- Up to 90 days before the arrival date, 15% of the amount paid as a deposit will be retained;
- From 89 to 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained;
- From 59 to 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit paid will be retained;
- From 29 days to the arrival date (or no-show) 100% of the rental amount. *
